Printed (typed) document signed twice, one page, 8,25 x 11,5 inch, 17.10.1990, photocopied `Artisjus` (Hungarian Copyright Protection Bureau) letterhead, to his friend, Hungarian writer and translator Istvan Eörsi (1931-2005) - authorizing him to collect royalties on his behalf, signed in black ballpoint ink "Allen Ginsberg" - additionally with an autograph authorization signed beneath, attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Ginsberg at a marijuana rally with a sign that reads `Pot Is Fun` (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with intersecting letter folds - in nearly very fine condition.

"I hereby ask you to keep such royalties as will fall due under the agreement Nr… in my Forint-Account opened with ARTISJUS (lo51 Budapest, Vörösmarty tér 1.) in my favour.
I have taken notice of the fact that according to Regulation of the Hungarian National Bank, Budapest No. E-387/512.730 of 15.12.1982, and its modifications No. 524.264 if 18.7.1986 and No. 531.75o if 23.5. 1988 from the amounts put to my Forint-Account no transfers can be made and exportation of values purchased in Hungary is subject to and can only be made in compliance with the prevailing Hungarian foreign exchange and customs regulation.
I can raise in cash these royalties personally or on basis of an authorization given by me and confirmed by the competent authority (embassy, consulate, notary) my relatives next of kin (wife/husband, parents and children).
Should I wish to keep my royalties in an interest-bearing account (with Magyar Külkereskedelmi Bank Rt, lo51. Budapest, Szent István tér 11.) I will open one and inform Artisjus accordingly.
