Autograph letter signed, one page, 8 x 10,5 inch, (Paris), 14.11.1946, in French, to a female friend ('Chère Madame & ami') - Matisse sends his correspondent two invitations for a session, written and signed in blue ink "H. Matisse", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Henri Matisse as painter (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with intersecting letter folds - in fine to very fine condition.
