Signed postcard, one page - stamped, 5,25 x 3,25 inch, (Yport), (1951), in French, greetings to painter and engraver Jean Signovert (1919-1981) and his wife, written by Mariette Lachaud (governess of the family Braque) "Merci pour les visites a ma mere. Mariette" & Braque's wife Marcelle "Mon bon souvenir pour Vous et Votre famille - M. B." and signed by Georges Braque in blue ballpoint ink "mes amities - G. Braque", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Braque in his artist's workshop (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with browning and very mild signs of wear - in fine to very fine condition.
