Letter signed, one page - with municipal coat of arms, 8 x 12,5 inch, `Le Conseil Fédéral Suisse` (Federal Council Switzerland) stationery, Berne, 19.08.1921, in French, congratulatory letter to Alfredo de Zayas y Alfonso (1861-1934, President of Cuba) - concerning his election as President of Cuba, signed by Edmund Schulthess (as President of the Confederation) and Adolf von Steiger (as Chancellor of the Confederation) in dark ink "Schulthess" & "Steiger", with slightly trimmed edges and scattered browning - in fine condition.
