Signed album page, 5,25 x 4,25 inch, signed and inscribed in dark ink "For my friend Sam W. Falton Jr - from - Charles G. Dawes - Dec. 25th 1940", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Charles G. Dawes in a half length portrait (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with mounting remnants along the left edge - in fine to very fine condition.

(1865-1951) American banker, general, diplomat, composer, and Republican politician who was the 30th vice president of the United States from 1925 to 1929 under Calvin Coolidge. For his work on the Dawes Plan for World War I reparations, he was a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1925.
