Description
Handwritten manuscript signed, eleven pages (numbered to the upper right corner), 8,25 x 11,75 inch, manuscript with scientific content - entitled "Proposals for Revision of the CIP System", written (with numerous amendments) and signed by Vladimir Prelog in black ink "V. Prelog", with puncher holes to the left edge - otherwise in very fine condition.
In parts:
"[...] There is one severe restriction for any revision of the CIP System. Because it is widely accepted and much used it is very important that already assigned descriptions remain unaltered or that they change only in a few rather rare cases. All changes that are not absolutely necessary should be provided.[...]"
