Document signed, 23 pages (separate leaves), 8,5 x 11 inch, (1960s/1970s), lengthy printed document entitled `By-Laws of Solar Productions, Inc.` divided into nine articles, each with their own sub-sections, detailing the company`s Offices, Meetings of Shareholders, Directors, Committees, Officers, Indemnification of Directors, Officers, Employees and other Agents, Records and Reports, General Corporate Matters, and Amendments, signed at the conclusion in dark ink "Steven T. McQueen", and countersigned by Robert J. Evans and Kenneth Ziffren (each of them acknowledging their approval of the contents of the document), with three file holes to the left edge of each page (not affecting the text or signatures) - in fine to very fine condition.
