Autograph manuscript (unsigned), five pages, 8,25 x 11,75 inch, manuscript "To the Editor of the Guardian" - inter alia concerning the "nuclear-free zones" & "general disarmament", written in felt tip - with numerous deletions and amendments, with two horizontal folds, partly perforated, and stitched together to the upper left corner - in fine condition. Accompanied by the corresponding newspaper article (Guardian, 22/2/82) & an autograph note signed by Noel-Baker, 5,75 x 8,25 inch, `House of Lords` stationery, written and signed in black felt tip "With good wishes - from Philip Noel-Baker - October 17, 1978", in very fine condition.
