Handwritten manuscript signed, five pages (stapled), 8,25 x 11,75 inch, 15.05.1978, scientific manuscript entitled "Hall Effect in impurity bands and inversion layers" - - with numerous strikethroughs & amendments, written and signed in dark ballpoint ink "N. F. Mott", with paper clip impressions to the upper edge - in fine to very fine condition.
Accompanied by an autograph letter signed, one page, 8 x 10 inch, `University of Cambridge - Department of Physics` stationery, (Cambridge), 29.06.1978, text referring to the manuscript he is transmitting, written and signed in blue ballpoint ink "Yours sincerely - Nevill Mott", with a horizontal letter fold and paper clip remnants to the upper edge - in fine to very fine condition.
