Signed vintage matte-finish sepia tone studio photograph (by Harris & Ewing), shows Frank B. Kellogg in a formal chest-up portrait, 7,5 x 10,75 inch, signed and inscribed in blue ink "To Wallis Poped - with regards - Frank B. Kellogg", with a few pinholes to the upper left corner, small mounting remnants to the reverse, and mild signs of age wear - in fine condition.
