Signed `War Department` card (with typed inscription), 4,5 x 2,75 inch, signed in blue ink "G.C. Marshall", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows George Catlett Marshall in a chest-up portrait in uniform (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with very mild signs of wear - in nearly very fine condition.
