Autograph note with hand drawn sketch, one page (postcard `Supper at Savoy`), 5,5 x 3,5 inch, postmarked from London - 28.05.1913, to Lillian Spencer in Paris - concerning a new hat, drawn and written in blue ink (additionally addressed in his hand) - sketched self-portrait drawn after text in place of his written signature, showing his head in profile wearing bowler hat, attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph of Enrico Caruso in a half length portrait (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with scattered soiling - in fine condition.
