Original handdrawn sketch signed, one page, 4,25 x 3,75 inch, Rome, 25.09.1951, drawn, dated and signed in dark ink "Carlo Levi - Rome, 25 sept. 1951", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Carlo Levi in a half length pose (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with mild signs of wear to the edges - in fine to very fine condition. Comes from the collection of the Romanian-born German-American author and journalist Anita Daniel (1892-1978).
