Preprinted form signed, one page, 5,75 x 4,5 inch, Munich, in German, form for autograph post in favor of the German war orphan home in Freienwalde a. O. - reproduction forbidden (`Nachdruck verboten`), signed and inscribed in black ink "Adolf Baeyer. - München - (illegible)", attractively mounted (removable) for display with a photograph, shows Adolf von Baeyer in a head and shoulders portrait (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with very mild creasing to the lower left corner and a small stain to the upper edge (covered by the passepartout) - in fine to very fine condition.
