Signed vintage matte-finish photograph, shows Abdul al-Karim Qasim in a chest-up portrait in uniform, 6 x 8,25 inch, signed in dark ink, with pinholes to the lower edge, slight fading to the signature, and scattered very mild signs of wear - in fine condition.
