Typed letter signed, one page, 7,25 x 9,5 inch, Semmering (Austria), 14.10.1932, reply letter to Mr. Cech (Chief Inspector of State Railway Direction) - concerning an autograph request, signed in black ink "Sinclair Lewis", with two horizontal letter folds and very mild signs of wear to the edges - in fine to very fine condition.
