Flanagan acknowledges gift of 500 $ toward the Boys Town development fund, signed in dark ink "E. J. Flanagan", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Edward J. Flanagan in a chest up portrait (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with two horizontal letter folds and very mild signs of wear to the edges - in fine to very fine condition.
