Anna Freud (3) Autographs

Three typed letters signed, (3x) one page, on Anna Freud's stationery, (3x) London, 12 January, 2 March and 30 July 1976, to the medical historian Gerhard Fichtner in Tuebingen - concerning Fichtner's work on Sigmund Freud, the early case histories from Meynert's department, Binswanger letters and the planned concordance of Freud correspondence, (each) signed in blue ink "Anna Freud", with very mild signs of wear - in nearly very fine condition. Accompanied by Fichtner's reply letters and three original envelopes.

Translated (in parts):
1. "[...] I have just returned from my Christmas holiday and found your seminar material here. Naturally, I found it very interesting and thank you very much for sending it.
As for my father's early case histories from the Meynert department, Dr. Eissler in Vienna has already made copies of them and sent them to me.
I was very interested to hear from Mrs. Simitis that you would be willing to continue Professor Vogel's work."

2. "[...] I just want to say today how pleased I am that your collaboration on my father's pre-analytic writings is now secured."

3. "[...] I am pleased about your intention to publish the Binswanger letters. As far as I am concerned, I am in full agreement, and I am also quite happy for you to write to Mr. Paterson rather than me. It is certainly the better approach.
Unfortunately, I cannot tell you anything about the archive of the Internationaler Verlag in Vienna. As far as I recall, it was compiled by Storfer, but I do not know what happened after his departure.
I am very interested to learn how you plan to arrange the concordance of the letters."
