Kapitsa (as `Director of the Institute of Physical Problems of the USSR Academy of Sciences`) - this letter requests technical assistance in the form of a temporary loan of materials on waveguides with dielectric walls, signed and annotated by Pyotr Kapitsa in dark ink (upper left corner, 12.12.1968) - also signed by scientist Nikolay D. Devyatkov (as `Deputy Director of the NIIET for Scientific Affairs`), with two puncher holes at the left border and mild signs of wear - in fine condition.
Translated:
"I request that you send me materials on wavemeters with dielectric walls for temporary use as part of this technical assistance."
