Accompanied by the corresponding newspaper article (Guardian, 22/2/82) & an autograph note signed by Noel-Baker, 5,75 x 8,25 inch, `House of Lords` stationery, written and signed in black felt tip "With good wishes - from Philip Noel-Baker - October 17, 1978", in very fine condition.
