Official letter signed, one page, 8,5 x 6,5 inch, Berlin, 30.03.1805*, in old German, the formal chancery communication is an enclosed `Publicandum` to be communicated to interested parties and published in newspaper within the consular district, signed in black ink "Hardenberg", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a portrait picture of Karl August von Hardenberg (altogether 11,75 x 16,5 inch), with intersecting letter folds, browning and scattered mild signs of wear - in fine condition.
