Autographed album page, 6,25 x 2,75, inch, mounted for fine display with a photograph (altogether 8,25 x 11,75), shows Irving Bacheller in a portrait, signed and inscribed in dark fountain pen "Dear friend - save for the darkness who would know the sweetness of the night ? - God make you see the glowing sun that shone in Milton`s night. - Irwing Bacheller", pinholes at the top edge (covered by the passepartout) - else in very fine condition.
