Accompanied by an autograph letter signed by his wife Gerta Förste.

"Lieber Herr Temmen, für die freundlichen Glückwünsche zu meinem Geburtstag Ihnen und Ihrer Gattin meinen freundlichsten Dank. Wir denken oft an die Heimat und alle Bekannten dort. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl..."
