Document signed, 2 1/5 pages (on two conjoined sheets), 8,75 x 14 inch, Livadia, 10.11.1893, in Cyrillic, document with the heading "Ukaz Kapitulu Rossiyskikh Imperatorskih i Tsarskikh Ordenov" (=`Decree to the Chapter of the Russian Imperial and Royal Orders`)* - concerning awards for the highest knights of the Imperial and Royal Orders, signed by Alexander III of Russia in ink, with browning, and signs of wear to the edges - in fine condition.
* The Chapter of the Russian Imperial and Royal Orders was the central authority in the Russian Empire responsible for administering all state decorations, medals, and orders of chivalry. It was directly subordinate to the Imperial Court Ministry.
