Document (with official seal) signed, one page, 8,25 x 12 inch, Breslau, 1882, in German, `Patent als Justizrat` (patent as Judicial Council) for Oberlandesgerichtsrat Eberhard, signed by Wilhelm I. in dark ink "Wilhelm" - countersigned by an official, with mild intersecting letter folds and very mild signs of wear at the edgese - in fine to very fine condition.
