Autograph letter signed, one page, 5 x 7,75 inch, `The Garton Foundation`* stationery, (London), to Mr. Buxton - Norman Angell "thanks for arranging for the postponement of the H. of C meeting", written and signed in dark ink "Norman Angel", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Norman Angel in a beautiful head and shoulders portrait (altogether 11,75 x 8,25 inch), with light stains along the right edge and inscribed by the collector to the upper edge - in fine to very fine condition.
