Letter signed, one page, 8,5 x 5 inch (lower half folded), Berlin, 28.01.1818, in old German, to Count von Rosh - concerning his request for the exchange of part of your outstanding claims in the Kingdom of Poland for Prussian government papers, signed in black ink "Friedrich Wilhelm", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a portrait picture of Frederick William III in uniform (altogether 11,75 x 16,5 inch), with intersecting mailing folds, a very small area of paper loss to the left edge (not affecting inscription) and mild foxing - in fine condition. Accompanied by an handwritten envelope (not related).
