Letter signed, two pages (both sides), 6 x 8 inch, `Gobierno Superior Civil de la Siempre Fiel Isla de Cuba` letterhead, Havana, 17.09.1868, in Spanish, untranslated, to an unidentified correspondent - concerning the Clergy in the Overseas Colonies and a decree by Queen Isabella II, signed by Francisco de Lersundi y Hormaechea in black ink, with intersecting letter folds and shine through of the ink - in fine condition.
