In parts:
"Cher Monsieur Colman
Si j'ai été très heureux du Grand Prix [illegible] à Alliance d'Hygiène Sociale, je n`ai pas été moins sensible à votre souvenir [...]"
Translated:
"Dear Mr. Colman
While I was very pleased with the Grand Prix [illegible] at the Alliance d'Hygiène Sociale, I was no less touched by your memory [...]"
