Autograph note signed, one page - with typed inscription, 7,25 x 3,5 inch, written and signed in blue ballpoint ink "10 Oct 61 - Dear Mr. Booth: My signature is as follows: W-Shockley", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows William B. Shockley at a blackboard (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with mild signs of wear - in fine to very fine condition.
