Typed letter signed, 1 1/4 page - both sides, 8,25 x 11,25 inch, Munich, 20.04.1921, in German, to Hauptmann Schützinger - Ludwig Quidde criticises the nature and speeches from Mr. Schmalix (general secretary of `Reichsbund` for Bavaria) and gives advices on the composition of the Governing Board of the `Reichsbund`, signed in dark ink "Herzl. Grüße - Ihr - L. Quidde", with intersecting letter folds and very mild signs of wear - in nearly very fine condition.
In part (translated):
"...in the interests of the `Reichsbund` I would like to warn you once again, that Mr. Schmalix speaks in front of the audience. The way he talks, when I listened to him, is nothing less than horrifying..."
