Letter signed, one page, 9 x 11 inch, Berlin, 31.12.1866, in German, to the Chief of the Army General Staff - concerning a promotions in the army, signed in black ink "Wilhelm", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a portrait picture of King Wilhelm I. in uniform (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with mild foxing, and signs of wear along the right edge - in fine condition.
"Ich übersende Ihnen in der Anlage einen Abdruck der heute von Mir vollzogenen Beförderungen in der Armee zur Kenntniß und betreffenden weiteren Bekanntmachung in Ihrem Ressort. Berlin, den 31. December 1866.
