Auguste Rodin Autograph

Letter signed, two pages (both sides - with blank integral leaf), 5,5 x 6,5 inch, Meudon Val-Fleury, 26.01.1916, in French, to "Chère Madame" - Rodin offers his support for her work `Aid to Families` (translated), signed in dark ink "Auguste Rodin", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photo collage of Auguste Rodin and his statue `The Thinker` (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with a horizontal letter fold, and mild signs of age wear - in fine condition.

"Chère Madame,
   Votre oeuvre `l'aide aux Familles`, votre dévouement à cette oeuvre, sont dignes du plus sympathique intérêt et c'est avec plaisir que je vous offre mon concours, espérant qu'il vous aidera à secourir quelques infortunes de plus.
   Je vais vous envoyer quelque chose pour votre tombola et vous prie d`agréer madame, tous mes hommages.
