Signed album page, 4,25 x 3,25 inch, signed and inscribed in dark ink "Mme Anita Daniel - with many regards - Thornton Wilder - Aspen - July 1944 [...]", attractively mounted (removable) for display with a photograph, shows Thornton Wilder in a close-up portrait (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with very mild signs of wear - in nearly very fine condition. Comes from the collection of the Romanian-born German-American author and journalist Anita Daniel (1892-1978).
