Description
Autograph document signed, one page, 6,75 x 8,5 inch, (1846), to his London agent E. B. Fox ("old broad street No 80") - on buying Mexican bonds, written and signed in dark ink "Dr. Arthur Schopenhauer", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph of Schopenhauer (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with intersecting letter folds, toning, mild creasing, and a few small tears to the lower edge (covered by the passepartout) - in nearly fine condition.

The papers which Messrs Doxat* & Co in London will deliver to Mr. E. B. Fox as my property are £ 1700- in new Mexican bonds, of 1846, viz:
A 8 bonds of £ 100 each, being N.rs 14034 - 41 ... £ 800-
B 6 bonds of £ 150 each, being N.rs 5096 - 5101 ... £ 900-
