Typed letter signed, one page, 7,25 x 10 inch, London, 4.12.1915, to Mr. Mez - Norman Angell sends "all my congartulations on your appointment as general chargee of the Polity Clubs" and asks for the address of Ivy Lee, signed in dark ink "Norman Angel", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Norman Angel in a beautiful head and shoulders portrait (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with paper-clip remnants to the upper left corner (partly covered by the passepartout), mild creasing, and intersecting letter folds with small tears to the edges (professionally restored) - in fine to good condition.
