Autograph letter signed, one page, 5,25 x 7,75 inch, (Bougival), 7.06.1967, in French, to art historian Jean Leymarie (1919-2006) - concerning an exhibition and his artwork `The Last Day` (1964), written and signed in black ink "Pierre Alechinsky", attractively mounted (removable) for display with a photograph, shows Pierre Alechinsky in a chest-up portrait (altogether 11,75 x 8,25 inch), in very fine condition.

voici les photos des 2 encres. Et ce matin, le [illegible] d`avoir la réponse du Palazzo Grassi: cette exposition se termine le 8 octobre, mes tableaux me seront retournés à Paris vers le 15 octobre - Nous pourrons donc disposer de cette grande toile, `le Dernier Jour`de 300 x 500 - 1964 dont je ne possède malheureusement pas und bonne photo.
