Viscount Palmerston, 1784-1865), with intersecting letter folds, and scattered minor signs of age wear - in fine condition.

Whereas our Good Brother The King of the French, has by a Commission leaving date the Twenty fifth day of September last, conctituted M. Adrien Louis Cochelet to be His Consul General in London, - and we having thereupon approved of the said Adrien Louis Cochelet as Consul General for our said Good Brother, according to the Commission before mentioned [...]"
