Autograph letter signed, one page, 4 x 6,75 inch, `26.Avenue des Champs-Elysées` stationery, (Paris), 8.09.1908, in French, to French novelist Henry Roujon (1853-1914) - concerning his work `En marge du Temps` (1908), written and signed in dark ink "R. Poincare", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Raymond Poincare in a formal chest-up portrait (altogether 11,75 x 8,25 inch) with very mild signs of wear - in fine to very fine condition.
In parts:
"Mon cher ami,
Je vais relie avec joié vos délicieux "En marge". Je suis ravi de le voir écrités chez Hachette*. [...]"
Translated:
"My dear friend,
I'm going to reread the delightful "En marge" (On the Margins). I'm delighted to see it published by Hachette.[...]"
