Typed letter signed, one page, 7,75 x 9,75 inch, `Manhatten Theatre` stationery, New York, 15.01.1904, reply letter to `Miss Graham` (a fan) - concerning the `Actor`s Church Alliance` in Cleveland, signed in black ink "Minnie Maddern Fiske", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Minnie Maddern Fiske in a costume portrait (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with intersecting letter folds and scattered mild signs of wear - in fine to very fine condition.

"... I need to say how much pleasure it would give me to be with the Actor`s Church Alliance on Monday, and I regret more than I can say that I shall not arrive in Cleveland until late to give myself the pleasure.
I expect to arrive in Cleveland Sunday afternoon, but unfortunately I have rehearsals which will occupy nearly the entire day Monday, and therefore I must postpone the great pleasure I should have had in meeting members of the Cleveland Chapter..."
