Autograph letter signed, 1 1/2 pages (both sides), 5,25 x 7 inch, Zurich, 29.05.1914, in German, to an unnamed lady - concerning a review of her correspondent's poems, written and signed in black ink "Dr. Maris Waser", with mild signs of wear - in fine to very fine condition.

"Hochgeehrte Dame,
Wäre es Ihnen möglich, einmal bei uns vorbeizukommen, damit wir uns über Ihre Gedichte besprechen können ? Ich bin in der Regel von 3 Uhr an auf der Redaktion da _Schweiz`, doch wäre es mir lieber, wenn Sie mich hier zuhause aufsuchen wollten, wo es doch immer etwas gemütlicher und ungestörter zugeht. [...]"
Translated:
"Dear lady,
Would it be possible for you to come and see us so that we can discuss your poems? I'm usually there in _Switzerland' from 3 a.m., but I'd prefer it if you'd come and see me here at home, where things are always a bit more comfortable and undisturbed. [...]"
