Note signed, one page, 6,25 x 3,25 inch, `Professor Dr. Gustav Riehl` stationery, 18.12.1940, in German, concerning an admission, signed and dated in dark ink "18.12.1918 - Aufzunehmen - Dr Wagner", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Wagner-Jauregg in a head and shoulders portrait (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch), with a vertical fold and mild signs of wear - in fine condition.
