Letter signed, two pages (both sides), 6 x 8 inch, blind-embossed `Gobierno General de la Isla de Cuba` letterhead, Havana, 19.09.1876, in Spanish, untranslated, signed by Joaquín Jovellar y Soler in black ink, with vertical letter folds, pinholes, foxing, partly faded and shine through of the ink - in fine to good condition.
