Ich war erkrankt, daher erst heute Erfüllung Ihrer Bitte. Schneiden Sie unten meinen Namen ab, dann haben Sie mein Autogramm..."
Translated:
"Dear Mr. Temmen!
I was ill, so only today the fulfillment of your request. Cut off my name below, then you have my autograph..."
