C.), 1.02.1932, to Dr Abraham Jablons (NYC American Legion Post) - Hoover sends "cordial greetings in connection with the annual dinner" to the Disabled Veterans, signed (as President) in dark ink "Herbert Hoover", attractively mounted (removable) for display with a photograph, shows the 31st President of the United States in a half length portrait (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with a central horizontal letter fold, browning, two puncher holes to the upper edge, and a tear to the upper left corner (not affecting text) - in nearly fine condition.
