C.), shows Herbert Hoover in a beautiful half length portrait, 9,5 x 13,5 inch (affixed on cardboard), signed and inscribed in dark ink "Kind Regards of - Herbert Hoover", with a few small stains, and mild signs of age wear - in fine condition.
