Typed letter signed, one page, 8 x 11 inch, personal stationery, Berlin, 3.01.1935, in German, to colleague Meng - concerning medical writings, signed in dark ink "Erwin Liek", with intersecting letter folds, and tears along the right edge - in nearly fine condition.

"... Ich habe alles sofort mit grösstem Genuss gelesen. Ihre Anschauungen über die Behandlung der Magersucht waren mir schon bekannt durch einige Arbeiten, die Grote mir schickte. Den Ausdruck `Organpsychose` finde ich sehr glücklich geprägt. Er macht ein Ende mit vielen Unklarheiten, die bisher das Schrifttum durchziehen... Die Festschrift für Schlegel kannte ich noch nicht und habe sie mit Vergnügen gelesen und meiner Bibliothek einverleibt..."
