Despite her lengthy career, signed photographs are extremely scarce.

Alice Brady was born on November 2, 1892 in New York City. She was the daughter of famous theatrical producer William A. Brady and actress Rose Marie Rene. Growing up in a family deeply involved in the entertainment industry, it was no surprise that Alice would pursue a career in acting.
Brady made her stage debut at the age of 14 in a production of "Miss Civilization." She quickly established herself as a talented actress and soon began appearing in films. In 1912, she made her film debut in "As Ye Sow." Her breakthrough role came in 1915 when she starred in the silent film "A Doll's House."
Throughout her career, Brady appeared in over 70 films, including classics such as "My Man Godfrey" and "In Old Chicago." She won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1937 for her role in "In Old Chicago." Brady was known for her versatility as an actress, seamlessly transitioning between comedic and dramatic roles.
In addition to her success in film, Brady also had a successful career on Broadway. She starred in numerous plays, including the critically acclaimed "Burlesque" in 1927. Brady was known for her stage presence and ability to captivate audiences.
Tragically, Brady's career was cut short when she passed away from cancer on October 28, 1939 at the age of 46. Despite her untimely death, Alice Brady's legacy as a talented and versatile actress continues to inspire future generations of performers.
