Autograph note signed, one page (cardboard), 5,25 x 3,5 inch, (Paris).1929, `Président du Conseil` stationery, in French, to "Monsieur Javel" (editor) - concerning a copy of the speeches of Paul Valéry (1871-1945, French poet, essayist, and philosopher), written and signed in dark ink "R. Poincare", attractively mounted (removable) for fine display with a photograph, shows Raymond Poincare in a formal chest-up portrait (altogether 8,25 x 11,75 inch) with very mild signs of wear - in nearly very fine condition. Accompanied by the original envelope.
