Typed letter signed, one page, 5,25 x 6 inch, New York, 10.05.1954, thank-you letter to "Neville" (possibly Sir Neville Bland, former British ambassador to the Netherlands who also gave her away at her wedding to Mel Ferrer), signed in blue ink "Audrey Hepburn", attractively mounted with a photograph of Hepburn and framed under glass for display (altogether 17 x 12,75 inch), with two horizontal letter folds and slightly faded signature - in fine condition.
Many, many thanks for your lovely letter. How kind of you to have written to me. It is such fun to hear from someone who is part of such a happy period of my life.
Are you still as good-looking as you were in your red blazer and straw hat? Andy why didn't you come to my ninth birthday party?"
All the very best to you - Audrey Hepburn"
